FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to self-contained portable devices for high-pressure hydrogen balloons refilling at high pressure hydrogen preliminary production by hydrolysis. In the reaction chamber there is a cartridge with a solid reagent. Liquid reagent feed tube is configured to supply the liquid reagent into the lower portion of the reaction chamber. Device further comprises a cooler-dryer, comprising series-installed hydrogen cooler, filter-moisture separator and hydrogen drier, pipeline for feeding liquid reagent, connected to tube for supply liquid reagent, pump with high-pressure manual drive connected to pipeline for supply of liquid reagent into reaction chamber and made with possibility of portioned supply of liquid reagent into reaction chamber, pipeline of gaseous hydrogen providing connection of reaction chamber and cooler-drier, pipeline of prepared hydrogen gas, made with possibility to supply high pressure hydrogen from cooler-dryer into cylinder. Gaseous hydrogen pipeline, the pipeline of prepared hydrogen gas and the liquid reagent supply pipeline are equipped with quick-disconnect connections, and the reaction chamber is placed in the reaction chamber cooling tank. n EFFECT: high-purity high-pressure hydrogen refueling in any place providing access to water with complete elimination of power consumption, reduced weight of the reactor and high reliability of the device and simple servicing. n 1 cl, 1 dwg |
