titleOfInvention | Method of producing silver nanoparticles |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, specifically to technology of producing silver nanoparticles using vegetal extract as a reducing agent. Described is a method of producing silver nanoparticles, comprising mixing with a silver nitrate solution of a fructose-glucose syrup from a plant extract obtained using citric acid at pH 3.0–4.0, heating at temperature of 80–85 °C for 10–20 minutes and concentration at temperature of 60-70 °C or dissolving dry extract – dried syrup in hot water, then with produced fructose-glucose syrup making sol, for which silver nitrate solution is mixed with it in ratio of volumes of 5(6):1, treated with ammonium hydroxide solution to pH 8.0–8.5 and subjected to microwave field at temperature of 65–70 °C, where the vegetable extract is obtained from milled dandelion roots by mixing – dispersing them with hot water at a ratio of volumes of 1:3(5), by heating at temperature 80–90 °C for 20–30 minutes, exposure to ultrasound for 10–15 minutes and filtration, and exposure to microwave field during preparation of sol is carried out for 20–40 minutes.EFFECT: shorter duration of the whole process of producing silver nanoparticles, shorter duration of processing fructose-glucose syrup with silver nitrate solution using a microwave field when producing nanoparticle sol, reducing the cost of vegetal raw materials.1 cl, 1 tbl, 3 dwg |
