abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for correction of A23525T mutation of FTO gene and for evaluation and monitoring of efficiency of complex of health-improving measures in women with excessive body weight with drug-free methods of weight reduction. That is ensured by determining a body weight index, wherein the body weight index of the patient should not exceed 30 kg/m, age to 50 years. One takes a laxative - Glauber's salt - 35–40 g. For 12–15 days, one does not eat completely. Water is consumed in amount of 1.5–2.0 liters a day. Sleep and rest mode is observed. Daily cleansing enema or hydrocolonotherapy is taken 2–3 times a week. Gradual walking is performed with constant increase of distance from 3 to 6 km a day. Procedures of laser therapy with Milt apparatus on a projection of a spleen with area of 4.2 cminfrared laser with wavelength of 0.85–0.89 mcm by a contact method with a beam power of 100 mWt, a radiation power of the main terminal of the laser source of 21 W, pulse repetition frequency of 600 Hz, duration 4 minutes, course 6–8 times of bioresonance therapy in a mode specified by means of interstitial scanner FIS CE 0535 of ESTECK System Complex, USA. One performs body massage the next day. Warm shower is taken 2–3 times a day. Infrared sauna is visited once a week. Every day, 2.0–2.5 hours are taken outdoors.
