titleOfInvention Piezoelectric sensor coating composition for fluoroquinolones determination in liquid media
abstract FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to analytical chemistry and consists in creation of piezoelectric sensor for determination of drug substances of fluoroquinolone series – levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin. For this purpose, the surface of the sensor is coated with a substrate based on a self-assembled monolayer of 2-amino-3-mercaptopropanoic acid (cysteine), on which activated carbon nanotubes (CNT) are fixed and a fluoroquinolone-protein conjugate is immobilized.EFFECT: invention widens the range of detectable content when analyzing fluoroquinolones in liquid media, and also provides multiple use of immunosensor after regeneration of the bioreceptor coating, which reduces the cost of analysis.1 cl, 1 tbl, 8 ex
