titleOfInvention Two-channel ionisation radiation scintillation counter
abstract FIELD: measurement technology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement of nuclear radiation. Two-channel scintillation counter of ionizing radiation of two different energy flows contains a scintillator connected through an optical sealant to a silicon photoelectric multiplier, power supply, amplifier-discriminator, microcontroller, wherein scintillator is based on lutetium orthosilicate doped with LYSO cerium, and unit of discriminator amplifier comprises two discriminators, each of which is configured to detect electric pulses with amplitude of a given range. n EFFECT: design of a miniature device which counts gamma-quanta of different high-intensity energies in two selected ranges, with high speed and thermal stability, as well as wider range of means for detecting multiple X-ray or gamma-ray flux simultaneously. n 1 cl, 1 dwg
