titleOfInvention | Method for preventing periimplant mucositis in dental implantation in patients with concomitant parodontitis |
abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapeutic dentistry, can be used for prevention of peri-implant mucositis in patients with chronic periodontitis in dental implantation. Method involves professional oral hygiene in an apparatus technique, air-abrasive removal of supra- and subgingival biofilm, injection of thrombocytic autologous plasma (TAP), obtained from supernatant space of Plasmoactive test tube after centrifugation, in the pre-implant area after the implantation before the shaper installation or before the beginning of the orthopedic stage, repeated procedures of occupational hygiene and TAP injection after the orthopedic structure installation in 1–3 months, then every 6 months. Air-abrasive removal of supra- and subgingival biofilm is carried out with erythritol powder. A platelet-rich thrombocyte fraction is used for insertion into the peri-implant region, and the remaining TAP fraction is introduced submucosally into the transient fold of both jaws. Before the implantation immediately after occupational oral hygiene, the TAP is additionally injected, the thrombocyte-rich TAP fraction is introduced into the planned implantation area, and the remaining TAP fraction is introduced submucosally into the transient fold of both jaws.EFFECT: use of the method provides preventing inflammatory complications in patients with dental implants accompanied by accompanying chronic periodontitis and stable functioning of orthopedic structures supported by implants due to a combination of biofilm control and optimization of microcirculation and regenerative processes by using autologous thrombocyte plasma.1 cl, 12 dwg, 1 ex |
