FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine, namely to haematology, and can be used in treating anaemia. Disclosed methods involve administering the compound of [[5-(3-chlorophenyl)-3-hydroxypyridine-2-carbonyl]amino}acetic acid orally in a daily dose of 150 mg, 300 mg, 450 mg, 600 mg or 750 mg.EFFECT: using the inventions makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treating anaemia by increasing the haemoglobin level and the ability to bind iron, increasing haematopoiesis with no prolonged erythropoietin increase and preserving the level of hepcidin.41 cl, 12 tbl, 9 dwg, 1 ex |
