abstract | FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing fibrous material from wood lignocellulose, preferably in form of wood chips, in which lignocellulose material is impregnated with a mixture of sodium sulphite and sodium bisulphite, and then subjected to grinding in a refiner. Method differs mainly in that, in addition, chemicals in form of mixture of sodium sulphite and sodium bisulphite are introduced directly into refiner. Thus, for both supplied streams of chemicals it is possible to create optimum conditions so that, on one hand, it is energetically effective to carry out the process, and on the other hand, to the maximum possible extent to prevent corrosion and formation of deposits in the refiner and adjoining aggregates.EFFECT: disclosed is a method of making fibrous material.4 cl, 1 dwg |
