titleOfInvention Method of producing a pharmaceutical substance of hyaluronidase
abstract FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to production of enzyme pharmaceutical substances, namely to a method for production of hyaluronidase from animal raw material – testes of bovine animals (cattle). Preliminarily milled animal raw material is subjected to extraction with aqueous solution of acetic acid with constant stirring in ratio of 1 to 2 for 4 hours. Then extract is centrifuged and filtered. PH is adjusted to 4.0–4.5, sorption and desorption are carried out with eluent with pH=10–11 on macroporous sulphocationite, eluate is concentrated in tangential flow and lyophilised. n EFFECT: invention increases activity of hyaluronidase. n 8 cl, 3 ex
