titleOfInvention Low-temperature curable propping filler
abstract FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to resin-coated particles and a method of producing said particles. Method of producing particles of a wedge-curable filler which is curable at low temperature, involving heating particles, adding a curable resin to coat said particles with resin, at least partially hardening the resin and adding 0.1 to 2.0 parts of surfactant per 100 parts of said particles, said proppant particles being free-flowing in dry state at room temperature. Method of using propping filler particles, comprising providing said propping agent particles, and wherein said proppant particles have first tackiness and bringing said proppant particles into contact with water to form an aqueous proppant suspension and supplying said suspension under pressure to the wellbore, whereby said first adhesiveness is converted to a second tack, where the second tackiness is greater than said first tackiness. Particles of the proppant hardened at low temperature, containing particles, curable resin coating on said particles, 0.1 to 2.0 parts surfactant per 100 parts of said particles, where said surfactant is deposited on top of the resin coating on said particles, said proppant particles being free-flowing in a dry state at room temperature. Invention is developed in dependent items of the formula.EFFECT: technical result is the increase in the treatment efficiency.26 cl, 6 tbl, 2 dwg, 29 ex
