titleOfInvention | Method of recycling wood shavings using a wood-destroying microorganisms composition to produce complex organo-mineral fertilizer |
abstract | FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to production of organo-mineral fertilizers from industrial wastes of wood processing. Method of recycling wood shavings for producing complex organic-mineral fertilizer involves composting shavings with artificial introduction of microorganisms. Sawdust is mixed with mineral components at ratio of 100:0.5–3.5, with moisture content of 55–75 %. After the neutralization process, a microbiological starter in the form of an association of wood-destroying microorganisms consisting of a mixture of wood-destructing fungi is introduced into the produced mixture: Acremonium sp., Phanerochaete chrysosporium Burds. 1 MR-1, Trametes versicolor (L.: Fr.) Pilat, Phanerochaete chrysosporium Burds. ATCC-24725, Sporotrichum pulverulentum (conidial stage P. chrysosporium) Novobr. 1767), obtained by individual cultivation of said cultures on nutrient medium. Sawdust to starter ratio is 100:0.1–0.3.EFFECT: utilization of sawdust with production of full organic-mineral fertilizer.1 cl, 3 ex, 1 tbl |
