abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, and can be used for treating Peyronie's disease complicated by penile curvature. Buccal graft from the oral mucosa is cut out as a transplant, and the obtained defect of the gall bladder is inserted along the perimeter of the rectangle. After the graft is fixed, an artificial erection is reproduced, and the lateral edges of the gallbladder are sutured with biosyne 3/0 suture in a transverse direction to the penis axis, the sutures parallel to each other, with a pitch frequency of 5 mm, with the needle stretching over the graft with the graft tissue gripper in the middle. Artificial erection is re-created, and threads are tightened by additional knot till disappearance of aneurysmal deformation and alignment of graft relative to belly.EFFECT: method enables to reduce a risk of recurrence.1 cl, 2 dwg
