FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing catalysts for producing diesel fuel with low sulfur content. Described is a method of preparing a catalyst, comprising impregnating a support with an aqueous solution which simultaneously contains bimetallic complex compounds [Co(HO)(CHO)][MoO(CHO)] and Co[HPMoO] followed by drying and sulphurisation of catalyst. Concentration of components of the solution enables to obtain a catalyst which contains, wt%: [Co(HO)(CHO)][MoO(CHO)2] 7.7–32.0; Co[HPMoO] – 11.1–29.0, carrier – balance. Carrier contains, wt%: aluminum borate AlBOwith norbergite structure – 5.0–25.0; γ-AlO– balance. Obtained catalyst has specific surface area of 120–190 m/g, pore volume 0.35–0.65 cm/g, average pore diameter of 7–12 nm, and is particles with a section in the form of a circle, a trefoil or a quaterfoil with a diameter of the circumscribed circle of 1.0–1.6 mm and a length of up to 20 mm. After sulphurisation using known techniques, catalyst contains, wt%: Mo – 10.0–16.0; Co – 2.7–4.5; P – 0.8–1.8; S – 6.7–10.8; carrier – the rest.EFFECT: obtaining a catalyst having maximum activity in target reactions occurring during hydrofining of diesel fuel.5 cl, 5 ex, 1 tbl |
