Method for modeling acute emotional immobilization stress in experiment |
abstract |
FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to psychology and psychophysiology, and can be used to model acute emotional immobilization stress in experiment. That is ensured by immobilizing an animal. Then adrenalin 25 mcg/kg is injected intraperitoneally twice every 3 hours with the duration of immobilization after the first adrenaline introduction for 6 hours. n EFFECT: method provides pathogenetically and psychophysiologically based modeling of emotional immobilization stress in experiment by increasing the emotional response to the background of immobilization of the experimental animal. n 1 cl |
