abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For surgical treatment of age-related macular degeneration, subtotal vitrectomy is performed, mechanical removal of pathological subretinal content, flap cutting including retinal pigment epithelium and vascular membrane, movement of retina pigment epithelium – choroid under macular retina and filling vitreous chamber with silicone oil. Before flap cutting of the retinal pigment epithelium – vascular membrane with the proximal end of the cut-out flap is connected to the vascular membrane primary tissue, a peripheral retinotomy of the retina is performed 270° in meridians with 4up to 1for the right eye and/or with 10up to 8for left eye and the retina is turned towards the optic nerve to provide free access to the surgical manipulations area under the retina.EFFECT: method enables solving the problem of providing perfusion of the graft to be replaced with retinal pigment epithelium – vascular membrane for normalizing the metabolism in the macular retina and improving the visual eye restoration.1 cl, 2 ex, 9 dwg |
