abstract | FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to fruit-growing. Method involves treatment of trees in the uterine-seed garden during the budding phase with a solution of growth regulators, preparation of ripened fruit and sowing of seeds. Trees are treated with a solution consisting of a mixture of chlorogenic acid in concentration of 0.07 mg/l, coffee acid in concentration of 0.03 mg/l and indolylacetic acid in concentration of 10 mg/l. When the seedlings have height of 35–50 cm, the apical portion of the shoot is removed, followed by treatment with a solution of growth regulators.EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase germination capacity of seeds and yield from a unit of area with increase of biometric indicators of plants development.1 cl, 4 tbl, 2 ex |
