titleOfInvention | Method of preoperative computer inversion modeling of the acetabular component in dysplastic coxarthrosis |
abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely pediatric orthopedics, and aims at calculating the optimal osteotomy angle, as well as for selecting the size of the implant in the surgical correction of the acetabular roof edge in dysplastic coxarthrosis in children. A method for preoperative computer inversion modeling of the acetabular component in dysplastic coxarthrosis, characterized by the fact that a preoperative X-ray imaging of a healthy joint is applied and imprinted on the image of the affected joint using Photoshop CC 2015.5; volume of surgical intervention is determined by calculating angle of cleavage of nadacetabular osteotomy, degree of nadacetabular component deficiency is calculated proceeding from Wiberg angle and selection of implant is performed.EFFECT: using the invention enables providing anatomically accurate osteotomy with providing a principle of congruence of the articular surfaces.1 cl |
