FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for catalytic oxidation of lignite using oxygen as an oxidant at atmospheric pressure. Method is used for soft oxidation of lignite using oxygen as an oxidant under action of a nitroxyl radical as a catalyst and a salt or a metal oxide as a cocatalyst. Process consists of the following stages: grinding lignite to 200 mesh or less, drying the pulverized-coal sample at temperature of 80 °C in vacuum for 10 hours at weight of 0.5 g of treated coal, successive addition of 10 ml of acetic acid, 0.5 mM of catalyst and 0.15–0.25 mM of cocatalyst into flask with round bottom, connection of T-joint with upper hole of condenser tube, three-fold replacement of oxygen in vacuum so that bulb with round bottom is filled with oxygen, maintaining oxygen pressure at level of 0.1 MPa, reaction at temperature of 80 °C to 120 °C for 4 to 12 hours; filtration after termination of reaction; decompressing the filtrate to remove acetic acid, adding a small amount of ethyl acetate for dissolution, and then adding excess CHN/ester solution for etherification at room temperature for 10 hours, use of filter paper 0.45 mcm for filtration and analysis of esterified product using gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer.EFFECT: technical result consists in using oxygen as an oxidiser, having low cost, non-toxic, thereby ensuring environmental protection and mild conditions.3 cl, 1 dwg, 6 ex |
