titleOfInvention Method for determining aspirin resistance
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and can be used for rapid assessment of aspirin resistance. That is ensured by ultrasonic oscillations with frequency of 150–160 kHz for a whole blood sample in volume of 25 mcl, placed in a measuring chamber before taking aspirin and 4 hours after taking it. Thereafter, echocoagulogram is recorded and in time intervals: 0.3 minutes, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, 5 minutes determine amplitude values, curve inclination angle, integral index, sector area. That is followed by analyzing the results, and if observing the results of the study after taking aspirin by more than 50 %, the absence of aspirin resistance in the patient is stated.EFFECT: invention enables determining aspirin resistance in a patient using microvolumes of capillary blood.1 cl, 8 dwg, 2 ex
