titleOfInvention Curable polymer composition and method of making a hardened product therefrom
abstract FIELD: technological processes. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to curable polymer compositions which contain photo-polymerizable components which are curable by ultraviolet radiation to form cured products. Disclosed is a curable polymer composition comprising a thermo-polymerizable component which is a phenol-formaldehyde resin, a modified propargyl halide (20.0–40.0 wt%), and a photopolymer composition which contains (wt%): triethylene glycol dimethacrylic ester (5–20), styrene (14–19), bisphenol A based vinyl ester resin or based on novolac phenol-formaldehyde resin (35.0–50.0) and photoinitiator (0.5–1.0). Also disclosed is a method of producing a solidified product from said curable polymer composition. n EFFECT: disclosed composition is stable during storage and enables the disclosed method to obtain articles with improved heat resistance. n 7 cl, 1 tbl, 5 ex
