titleOfInvention Method of intracapsular ring implantation
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, specifically to ophthalmology. For implantation of an open intracapsular ring (ICR) with holes at the ends (rotary holes) injector outlet is placed below capsulorhexis. ICR 1/3 is taken out into the capsular sac, where the Sinskey microhook is fixed in one of the holes. Then, the remaining part is withdrawn from the injector ICR, encapsulation of ends is intracapsular ICR with placement of its middle in zone of maximum damage of Zinn's zonule fibers. Further, ICR along equator circumference by means of Sinskey microhook and injector.EFFECT: method reduces the risk of increasing a Zinn's zonule and infectious complications by intraocular intracapsular implantation ICR with positioning in zone of maximum defect of Zinn's zonule.1 cl, 1 ex
