FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of multipurpose grease for various friction assemblies of mobile equipment and stationary equipment. Plastic grease contains, wt%: fatty carboxylic acid – 4.0–16.0; lithium hydroxide – 0.3–2.0; polymer modifier containing free double bond – 0.3–5.0; antioxidant – 0.2–1.0; additive with anti-wear and / or anti-scoring properties – 0.0–6.0; corrosion inhibitor – 0.0–2.0; solid filler – 0.0–20.0; mineral or synthetic oil – up to 100. Technical result is achieved due to increase of bearing capacity of oil film in contact zone and formation of supramolecular mesh structure, which is product of interaction of active centres of functional additives with free double bond of polymer.EFFECT: improved adhesion properties of the disclosed composition is due to interaction of the metal surface with the double bond of the polymer modifier.1 cl, 6 tbl |
