titleOfInvention | Method for screening antitumour preparations in vitro on a multicomponent cell test system |
abstract | FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology, namely to screening antitumour preparations in vitro on a multicomponent cell test system. Method involves co-cultivation of tumor, stromal and immune cells on any of the known extracellular matrix analogues to produce a multicomponent cell co-culture (test system). Then the analyzed substance is added to the obtained multicomponent cell co-culture, incubation is performed, antitumor activity of the test substance is determined by analyzing the viability of the multicomponent cell co-culture using known methods of cell biology with obtaining results on the presence or absence of anticancer activity of the test substance with subsequent extraction of promising substances with high anticancer activity for further stages of preclinical screening or refusal of further screening of the analyzed substance in case the analyzed substance has no evident antitumour activity. n EFFECT: invention provides higher effectiveness of primary screening of substances with potential anti-tumor activity. n 1 cl, 4 dwg |
