titleOfInvention | Use of barrier contact medium for chemo-chemo-optical sensors in percutaneous applications |
abstract | FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment. Chemo-optical sensor unit for percutaneous measurement of gas concentration comprises at least one sensitive layer irradiated with preset radiation; and at least one gas-permeable layer adjacent to one side of said at least one sensitive layer, configured to pass gas, concentration of which is to be measured, through gas-permeable layer to sensitive layer. Said unit of chemo-optical sensor comprises contact medium and is configured to work with contact medium between gas-permeable layer and skin. Contact medium contains a barrier layer which is gas-permeable and impermeable for water and ions. Unit of the chemo-optical sensor is configured to measure the optical response of said at least one sensitive layer, the optical response of which depends on the concentration of the gas. Disclosed is a patient's control and ventilation system comprising a chemo-optical sensor unit.EFFECT: technical result consists in providing non-invasive measurement of gas concentration in blood without loss of sensitivity.14 cl, 1 dwg |
