FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to therapeutic alimentation. Disclosed is a nutritional composition containing at least 90 wt. % casein in terms of total protein content in the composition and representing an infant formula, a second-level infant formula, milk for children over 1-year-old or milk enrichment agent for preventing and/or reducing the risk of developing metabolic syndrome disorder manifested in further life with a load in the form of adipogenic diet, wherein composition is intended for infants or young children from birth to age of 36 months, and wherein the composition is administered to infants whose birth weight is normal or above normal.
