titleOfInvention | Method for assessing the dissociation constant of organic compounds by capillary electrophoresis |
abstract | FIELD: physics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to analysis of non-biological materials by electrophoresis. In the method for evaluating the dissociation constant of organic compounds by capillary electrophoresis using ultraviolet (UV) detection by determining the dependence of the effective mobility of the analysed organic compound on the marker on the pH of the medium, selecting two different electrolytic systems with different pH values, in which the effective mobilities differ significantly, and calculating the dissociation constant pK, wherein according to the invention solvents, polar acetone or nonpolar benzene, simultaneously used as a marker of an electroosmotic flow and solvent of the analysed compound.EFFECT: invention provides a simplified analysis by eliminating the need to use an external marker, mesityl oxide, having skin irritant and narcotic effect, and high reliability of the obtained results.1 cl, 2 dwg, 6 tbl, 1 ex |
