abstract | FIELD: power engineering; machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and machine building. Device for hydrodynamic emulsification and activation of liquid fuel comprises hydrodynamic cavitation apparatus of emulsifier consisting of pipeline of treated liquid fuel, pipeline of added liquid, cylindrical housing of emulsifier with upper and middle annular cavities and inner cavity, upper and middle annular cavities are connected by tangential nozzles to inner surface of emulsifier housing, liquid fuel pipeline is connected to upper annular cavity of emulsifier, which through tangential nozzles of liquid fuel is connected to its inner cavity, additional fluid pipeline is connected to the emulsifier central annular cavity, which through the tangential nozzles of the additional liquid is connected to the inner cavity of the emulsifier housing, which is connected to the inlet of the cavitation zone pipeline, outlet of the cavitation zone pipeline is connected to a process activation unit having a working tube from nonmagnetic material with a working medium – ferromagnetic needles, and an external electromagnetic inductor, the additional liquid is water, the atmosphere is connected by tangential air nozzles with the internal part of the cavitation zone pipeline.EFFECT: invention allows improving combustion efficiency of liquid fuel.1 cl, 2 dwg |
