titleOfInvention Laser system for selective treatment of acne
abstract FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Laser system for treating acne comprises: two laser sources having wavelength of 1,690 to 1,750 nm, which are configured to supply a first and second laser beam, respectively, having a Gaussian shape, into a corresponding single-mode optical fiber; a first multimode optical fiber having a length greater than or equal to 5 m, configured to receive a first laser beam; a second multimode optical fiber having a length greater than or equal to 5 m, configured to receive a second laser beam; an optical combiner of fused fibers connected to the first and second optical fibers and configured to supply the third laser beam to the third optical fiber; third optical fiber has a length greater than or equal to 5 m, wherein the third optical fiber is connected to the output of the optical coupler and is configured to receive the third laser beam and to provide, at its output, an output laser beam; fourth optical fiber, which is configured to receive an output laser beam; tip containing two lenses, wherein the ratio of their focal distances determines the coefficient of increase in the tip associated with the fourth optical fiber. Output laser beam of the laser system has an intensity distribution deviation which is less than or equal to 15 % of the average value, a diameter greater than 2.5 mm, and a maximum available energy flux density greater than 30 J/cm.EFFECT: using the invention enables extending the range of technical means for treating acne.7 cl, 4 dwg
