abstract | FIELD: pharmaceuticals.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food and pharmaceutical industry. Method for purifying chondroitin sulphate (CS) from keratan sulphate (KS) involves preparing an aqueous solution containing CS and KS, mixing of obtained aqueous solution with organic solvent under conditions of ionic force, which causes formation of dense phase, in which is concentrated CS, and light phase, in which is concentrated KS. Amount of organic solvent is selected so that its introduction leads to formation of two liquid phases, dense and light, and then extracted CS from dense phase and KS from light phase by deposition, wherein CS precipitated by means of ethanol, and KS – by adding sodium chloride.EFFECT: invention improves the degree of purification and more complete separation of chondroitin sulphate from keratan sulphate.8 cl, 13 tbl, 14 ex |
