abstract FIELD: biochemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to a method of producing a high-expression plant-specific high-density plant promoter, having functional binding with a promoter of one nucleic acid expression enhancing nucleic acid (NEENA) heterologous to said promoter. Also disclosed is a recombinant expression construct comprising one NEENA, at least one seed-specific promoter heterologous to said one NEENA, and at least one expressed nucleic acid molecule, as well as a transgenic cell, a transgenic plant and part of a transgenic plant containing said construct.
