titleOfInvention RECOMBINANT VARIOLOVACCINE VIRUS STRAIN VV-NS1-dGF PRODUCING NS1 PARVOVIRUS H-1 PROTEIN AND HAVING ONCOLYTIC ACTIVITY ON HUMAN GLIOBLASTOMA
abstract FIELD: biotechnology. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and specifically to a recombinant variolovaccine virus (VVV) strain producing apoptosis-inducing oncotoxic NS1 protein of rat parvovirus H-1 and having oncolytic activity on human glioblastoma. VV-NS1-dGF strain is deposited in the State collection of virus infectious agents and rickettsiosis of FBIS State Research Center of Virology and Biotechnology Vector of Federal Service for Supervision of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare, No. V-803. Recombinant strain VV-NS1-dGF is produced on the basis of strain L-IVP of a variolovaccine virus containing deletion of a gene fragment of a viral growth factor, in area of which there is a synthetic NS1 gene of rat parvovirus H-1. NS1 gene is expressed under the control of an early-late synthetic promoter PE/L VVV to produce a protein with a molecular weight of 100 kDa. n EFFECT: invention widens the range of products for developing new-generation drugs for combating oncological diseases. n 1 cl, 6 dwg, 5 ex
