abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemical industry, specifically to production of test strips for rapid detection of presence and / or concentration of oxyproline in biological material for the presence of disease or for self-monitoring of health. Disclosed is a method of producing test strips for rapid determination of the presence and concentration of oxyproline in biological material, characterized by applying on a filter paper of rectangular shape by printing through mesh patterns on standard printing equipment successively strips of compositions containing: 1 hydrogen peroxide intensifier band – sodium hydroxide; 2 band – hydrogen peroxide – 35 % 20–30 ml as oxidiser oxyproline and sodium metasilicate 0.05–0.15 g as a stabilizer; 3 band – paradimethylbenzaldehyde 50–70 g; 4 paraffin strip, wherein compositions of strips 1–3 are thickened with 7.5 % methyl cellulose; on 2 strip containing oxidiser and stabilizer, protective layer of thin paper is adhered; prepared semi-product is dried at temperature of 20–40 °C is cut into test strips of required format and packed for transportation and storage. n EFFECT: invention makes it possible to create test strips not only in laboratory, but also industrial and semi-industrial methods in conditions of small production for simple, affordable, which does not require prolonged pre-training and technically complex equipment, accurate, reliable rapid determination of the presence and / or concentration of oxyproline in biological material not using scarce sorbents and toxic reactants. n 1 cl, 3 dwg, 4 ex
