abstract | FIELD: meeting human vital needs; chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing nanocapsules of vitamin PP in guar gum. Method is characterized by that vitamin PP is added to a suspension of guar gum in butanol in the presence of a surfactant in form of a preparation E472c, while stirring at 800 rpm, followed by addition of chladone-113. Produced suspension is filtered and dried at the room temperature.
