titleOfInvention Complex corrosion-resistant air heater
abstract FIELD: power engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat engineering, namely, to tailing equipment of boiler plants, and can be used in processes of flue gas cleaning from harmful impurities and utilization of their heat. In housing of complex corrosion-resistant air heater on gas path there is an air heater-electric generator, inside which there are longitudinal vertical corrugated partitions with horizontal corrugations, thermionic elements are connected in rows, arranged in such a way that upper and lower junctions of several parallel rows of each thermionic element are connected to each other in parallel sectional collectors, which are plates made of metal with high electrical conductivity, coated from outside with a layer of dielectric material, into which holes upper and lower junctions of thermionic elements are inserted, forming said heat-electric sections, lower extreme sectional collectors of each pair of heat-electric sections are interconnected by a bridge, upper extreme sectional collectors of each thermoelectric section are interconnected by electric capacitors, forming thermoelectric unit, wherein right-hand part in direction of gas of sectional collectors is located in grooves of corrugated partitions, parallel to their side surface, tightly pressing to them, and left part along gas flow of section collectors of heat-electric sections is located in air channels of air heater cavity-thermoelectric generator, with which through gas channels is connected adsorber, in which said perforated cassettes with blast-furnace slag are arranged, support channels of which are connected to each other by anode plates are insulated with a layer of dielectric material from the housing, forming anode buses, extreme sectional collectors of extreme heat-electric sections are connected through a converter with anode buses and housing.EFFECT: invention enables to clean flue gases from harmful impurities without using expensive and hazardous chemical reagents, increase the degree of cleaning of flue gases from harmful components when using as adsorbent granules of slag pumice, made from basic metallurgical slag, and reduce corrosion rate of equipment due to thermoelectricity generated during utilization of their heat with simultaneous increase of temperature of blow air.1 cl, 14 dwg
