titleOfInvention | Method of treating chronic ischemia of lower extremities of atherosclerotic genesis in femoral and popliteal arteries occlusion |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapy and vascular surgery, and concerns treating ischemia of lower extremities of genesis accompanying femoral and popliteal arteries occlusion. That is ensured by intramuscular introduction of neovasculgen accompanying a standard conservative therapy. 1.2 mg of neovasculgen dissolved in 15 ml of water for injections is introduced twice every two weeks. Preparation is administered paravasal, under the control of ultrasonic Doppler ultrasonography, in dose of 1 ml of the solution into the muscles of the middle one-third and the lower one-third of the hip along an anterior and lateral surface of 5 injections in the projection of branches of a deep thigh artery at distance of 4–5 cm from each other, to depth 3 cm at angle of 90 degrees to skin. Shin muscles are introduced into a posterior and anterior tibial artery projection through five pricks along each artery at distance of 4–5 cm from each other, at depth of 2 cm at angle of 90 degrees to the skin. n EFFECT: method provides effective treatment of chronic ischemia of lower extremities of atherosclerotic genesis with minimal traumatism. n 1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 tbl |
