titleOfInvention Oil sludge processing method
abstract FIELD: oil and gas industry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to treatment of oil-containing wastes and can be used in oil producing, oil refining and petrochemical industry. Method includes mixing oil sludge with surfactant solution with temperature of 60–70 °C. Then mixture is washed with the same surfactant solution in the direction from below upwards, washed oil slurry is mixed with rock-forming, inoculating and alkaline additives, activated sludge of biological structures of oil refineries, stacks are formed, wherein the alkaline additives are granular mineral material – siliconized calcite. Additionally granular catalytic material is used. Filtrate obtained during oil sludge washing is used repeatedly, namely settling, removing suspended solids in oil sludge, removal of floated oil products for recycling, water-oil emulsion filtration in hydrocarbon layer, correction of surfactant concentration, heating of surfactant solution and mixing with initial oil sludge. Electrochemical current sources consisting of electropositive and electronegative materials are placed at the base of the stock, which create an electromotive force exceeding the voltage of decomposition of water with formation of gaseous oxygen and hydrogen. Electrodes connected to external direct-current source to produce electrolysis of water are arranged in stacker body. Electrodes of positive polarity are made from coke composition which is insoluble during anodic polarization. During composting, the pile is sprinkled with an aqueous solution of mineral salts with NaCl content in concentration of 10–50 g/l, wherein the current concentration of oil products C i are determined according to the corresponding formula. n EFFECT: reduced time of composting oil sludges with production of commodity soils. n 1 cl, 3 dwg, 3 tbl
