FIELD: electrical engineering. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to a system and a method of producing vanadium electrolyte of high purity, which is then used in a flow redox accumulator. Method comprises obtaining vanadium oxide of low valence from vanadium oxytrichlorium, which acts as source material, by precipitation of ammonium salt, reduction in a fluidised bed and obtaining vanadium electrolyte of high purity at low temperature by adding a solution of sulfuric acid and pure water with dissolution and activation under ultrasound conditions. Effective use of heat is achieved by heat exchange between ammonium salt and reducing effluent gas and due to heat exchange between reduction product and fluidized gaseous nitrogen. Gaseous ammonia in reducing exhaust gas is reduced for precipitation of vanadium in order to ensure repeated use of gaseous ammonia. Inner element is introduced into the fluidised recovery layer for accurate control of the valence state of the recovery product, wherein for dissolution and activation, an ultrasound is used to reduce temperature and increase activity of the electrolyte. n EFFECT: high purity and activity of the vanadium electrolyte is the technical result of the invention. n 10 cl, 1 dwg |
