titleOfInvention | Method for determining an anticoagulant potential of a vascular wall |
abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used to determine an anticoagulant potential of a vascular wall. That is ensured by double blood viscosity assessment by low-frequency piezocutaneous elastography (LPTEG) before and after dissolving an aliquot of whole blood 0.9 % with normal saline. Parameters of the LPTEG curve are determined: A1 1 – index of the minimum level of whole blood plasma LPTEG amplitude, where t1 1 is its reaching time; t3 1 is the time of achieving a gelation point in whole blood – the beginning of the fibrin polymerisation stage; A1 2 is an index of a minimum level of the curve of the LPTEG after adding an aliquot of whole blood to physiological solution, where t1 2 is its reaching time; t3 2 is the time of reaching the blood jellying point – the beginning of the fibrin polymerisation stage. If values A1 2 lower than A1 1 , and if value t1 2 , t3 2 greater than t1 1 , t3 1 anticoagulant potential of the vascular wall is defined as normal. If values A1 2 higher than A1 1 , and if value t1 2 , t3 2 less than t1 1 , t3 1 , anticoagulant potential of the vascular wall is defined as reduced. n EFFECT: invention enables determining the anticoagulant potential of a vascular wall in a patient. n 1 cl, 4 dwg, 2 ex |
