abstract | FIELD: medicine. n SUBSTANCE: invention represents a stabilized composition possessing antiviral, anti-tumour, immunomodulatory, actoprotective, antimutagenic and antioxidant activity, which is an acid-fast capsule containing calcium stearate, aerosil, microcrystalline carboxymethylcellulose, starch, lactose, grape seed powder, mannitol and in low doses lyophilisates of human recombinant interferon gamma and tumour necrosis factor - thymosin alpha 1, with the following ratio of components, wt. %: lyophilisate of human recombinant interferon gamma with activity 10×10 6 IU/g 0.5–2.5, recombinant tumour necrosis factor-lyophilizate - thymosin alpha 1 with activity 10×10 6 UN/g 0.2–1.0, grape seed powder 20–30, calcium stearate 1.23–3.7, aerosil 0.6–1.8, microcrystalline carboxymethyl cellulose 6–14.1, starch 14.5–29.5, lactose 6–14, mannitol - balance. n EFFECT: use of the disclosed composition provides stabilizing effect of cytokines due to optimally selected composition of components and amount thereof, obtaining gamma-based human recombinant interferon and TNF-T of a stabilized composition having high anti-tumour, antiviral, antioxidant, immunomodulatory, actoprotective, antimutagenic activity, wider range of storage temperature of interferon gamma and TNF-T without loss of activity, minimal side effect. n 3 cl, 1 dwg, 3 ex |
