FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to versions of a curable elastomeric composite, specifically to silicon oxide elastomer composites and more specifically relates to an elastomeric composite reinforced with silicon dioxide, which is made by a method of producing a wet master batch, to a vulcanised elastomeric composite, as well as to an article. Cured elastomer composite contains anhydrous wet masterbatch of silicon dioxide dispersed in the form of a thick suspension in natural rubber latex. Silicon dioxide is the sole or main reinforcing agent contained in amount of at least 40 pts.wt. by 100 pts.wt rubber. Obtained versions of vulcanisates after vulcanisation of the vulcanised composite have certain ratios T300/100, for example, at least (-0.024s + b), where s is amount of silicon dioxide in vulcanisable composite and b is from 6.3 to 6.8, and vulcanisates have certain strength characteristics. n EFFECT: invention enables to obtain composites with improved strength properties. n 34 cl, 6 dwg, 13 tbl, 8 ex |
