titleOfInvention | Method for determining the acid number of sunflower lecithin |
abstract | FIELD: monitoring and measuring equipment. n SUBSTANCE: use to determine acid number of sunflower lecithin. Summary of invention consists in the fact that sampling of sunflower lecithin, successive mixing of the sample with a solvent and an aqueous solution of alkali to obtain a mixture and calculating the value of the acid number by formula, wherein solvent used is tetrachloromethane with weight ratio of sunflower lecithin:tetrachloromethane equal to (1:5)÷(1:5.5), aqueous solution of alkali is an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide with concentration of 0.9–1.1 mol/dm 3 at a weight ratio of sunflower lecithin:aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide, equal to (1:0.7)÷(1:0.8), and obtained mixture is placed in sensor of pulse NMR-analyser and amplitude of signals of nuclear-magnetic relaxation of protons formed soap (A m ), wherein to calculate the acid number value, a formula is used in form of an equation: A.n. = 3.0554 + 0.9608⋅A m . n EFFECT: high accuracy and reproducibility of analysis results, shorter analysis time and avoiding the use of ethyl alcohol. n 1 cl, 1 dwg |
