abstract |
FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly phthisiology, and aims at detecting strains Mycobacterium bovis BCG by laboratory detection of genomic deletion RD1. Oligonucleotide primers and fluorescent-labeled probes are used for real-time polymerase chain reaction with evaluation of results between 25–40 cycles by recording a fluorescence signal on a FAM-channel with wavelength of 510 nm and with exponential accumulation of signal, membership of mycobacteria strain to Mycobacterium bovis BCG is stated. When detecting the fluorescence signal through a control HEX-channel with wavelength of 555 nm, the strain belongs to another genotype of M. tuberculosis complex.EFFECT: invention provides fast and reliable detection of Mycobacterium bovis BCG isolate.1 cl, 4 dwg, 3 ex |
