abstract | FIELD: agriculture. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to poultry breeding, in particular to a method for preparation of mixed fodders for broiler chickens. Method is characterized by that soya extraction cake, limestone, monocalcium phosphate, salt, protein-vitamin coagulate of alfalfa, non-milling wheat and soya are mixed in certain proportions. After that, obtained mixture is held in hopper for 1 hour and extruded at temperature of 140–145 °C and pressure of 4–5 MPa. Then the produced extrudate is cooled, milled till fraction of particles not exceeding 2.5 mm, and mixed with sunflower oil and premix P5-1. n EFFECT: invention usage allows to enhance the produced feedstuffs quality and to reduce expenses for its production. n 1 cl, 4 tbl |
