abstract FIELD: nuclear physics and equipment. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to nuclear engineering, in particular to means for producing a homogeneous nuclear fuel from a mixture of uranium dioxide and plutonium. Container contains barrel loaded with needles made of ferromagnetic steel, separator, platform with hole and connected to it valve body, inside of which to platform, coaxially with its hole, loading branch pipe is attached. Upper part of the housing is cylindrical, coaxial with the neck of the loading pipe, and the lower part is rectangular and installed with one-sided displacement relative to the loading branch pipe with formation between them of one wide cavity and two opposite equal cavities. In walls of housing there are slots, in slots with possibility of movement there are axes, on which inside equal chambers are fixed levers with cover installed on them, and outside – toothed segments made with adjacent straight and radial toothed parts engaged with toothed racks, connected to cover drive. n EFFECT: elimination of friction surfaces in conjugation "locking element – saddle". n 5 cl, 7 dwg
