abstract | FIELD: medicine; pharmacology.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to pharmacology and gastroenterology and can be used for treating gastric ulcer. That is ensured by using an agent which is a peptide complex extracted from a lyophilically dried tissue homogenate of porcine kidneys by an acetic acid extraction method. Said agent is obtained by extraction with 0.1 N acetic acid for 24 hours at t = 5 °C with intermittent stirring, followed by freezing, thawing, filtration and deposition of peptides by acetone in ratio of extract: acetone 1:6 at t = 5 °C for 18 hours. Residue is then separated and a supernatant containing the peptide complex is obtained.EFFECT: invention provides treating gastric ulcer by gastroprotective action and reducing side effects.1 cl, 2 ex |
