abstract FIELD: veterinary medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and veterinary science, and concerns a method of lifetime differential diagnosis of bovine tuberculosis and mycobacteriosis. That is ensured by using the induced luminol-dependent chemoluminescence, as an object of the research, serum from positives reactive on PPD-tuberculin bovine farms with an obscure epizootic situation is used. Main inductor used is a complex allergen from atypical mycobacteria (CAM), and an additional inductor is an allergen of tuberculous recombinant (ATP).EFFECT: invention allows accelerating and improving the reliability of lifetime differential diagnostics of bovine tuberculosis and mycobacterioses due to use of allergens in vitro, preventing unreasonable slaughtering of productive animals in farms of various forms of ownership, including farm and personal plots.1 cl, 3 tbl, 2 ex
