titleOfInvention | Method of producing hydrogen peroxide |
abstract | FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organic chemistry and can be used in production of paper, synthetic detergents, in pharmaceutical industry, in purification of waste water. Hydrogen peroxide is obtained by catalytic hydrogenation of 2-ethyl-9,10-anthraquinone with molecular hydrogen in the presence of a palladium catalyst in a liquid dispersion medium with subsequent oxidation of products of hydrogenation of 2-ethyl-9,10-anthraquinone with oxygen or air oxygen. Precursor used is bis(acetylacetonate) palladium. Palladium catalyst is formed in the presence of a modifier – white phosphorus, with the following atomic ratio of components bis(acetylacetonate) palladium : phosphorus = 1:0.3 to 1:0.7. Hydrogenation of 2-ethyl-9,10-anthraquinone is carried out at temperature of 30–50 °C and hydrogen pressure of 2 atm.EFFECT: higher output of hydrogen peroxide per unit weight of catalyst and high selectivity on active quinones.1 cl, 4 tbl, 14 ex, 1 dwg |
