titleOfInvention | Method of making easily removable high-temperature mold cores or casting molds |
abstract | FIELD: metallurgy. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production and can be used in production of easily removable high-temperature casting rods. Granules of filler - aluminum oxide and binder - alkali metal aluminate are mixed and produced mixture is sintered. Sintering is carried out by selective heating of separate sections of obtained mixture to decomposition temperature of aluminate of alkali metal. Heating is carried out by a source of induced radiation, for example, a laser fixed in a moving head of 3D printer. When heated, cyclic bulk addition of obtained mixture to vessel with movable bottom is performed with subsequent layer-by-layer and point heating of separate sections of each layer. Mode of heating separate sections of mixture is selected depending on required strength or degree of solubility or ratio of strength and degree of solubility of corresponding separate areas of produced casting rods. n EFFECT: production of rods having different strength or degree of solubility or ratio of strength and degree of solubility at different sections. n 14 cl, 3 dwg |
