titleOfInvention | Method of producing perfluorinated cyclone-containing tertiary amines |
abstract | FIELD: technological processes.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing perfluorinated cyclic-containing tertiary amines, involving two-step fluorination of n-piperidinoheptafluorotoluene using a mixture of cobalt di- and trifluoride with 60–85 % content at the first step to obtain a mixture of perfluoro- and polyfluorinated tertiary amines. Total content of incompletely fluorinated compounds in the mixture of perfluoro- and polyfluorinated compounds after the first step does not exceed 50 g/l in terms of cleavable fluoride ion in reaction with ethylenediamine. At the second stage, fluorination is carried out with fluorine at temperature of 200–400 °C in the presence of a nickel-containing catalyst, in form of a complex salt of KNiFor KNiF4, which reduces content of partially fluorinated impurities to trace level (less than 5 mg/l in splitting off fluoride ion in reaction with ethylenediamine).EFFECT: high output and purity of the end product.3 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex |
