abstract FIELD: chemistry. n SUBSTANCE: invention relates to chemistry, in particular to compositions of polyurethane compositions, and can be used for decorative coating and protection of metal, concrete, wooden surfaces of building structures, marine and hydraulic structures from exposure to various atmospheric and aggressive media, as well as from corrosion of internal and external coatings of pipelines and reservoirs during oil and gas production and transportation. Coating composition contains a simple oligoester, polyisocyanate based on 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, tin dibutyl dilaurate, a solvent, as a polyether composition contains 4,4'(dioxy-2,2-diphenylpropane)-dipropanol-2, additionally contains epoxidised soya oil and 1,4-diazabicyclo[2,2,2]octane, the solvent used is toluene and ethyl acetate. n EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of hardening time of composition 12 times, and coating based on it preserves both decorative and operational properties, therefore, has high weather resistance. n 1 cl, 1 tbl
